Free Shipping Policy

  • 2 Items (order price over $60)   enjoy free standard shipping, regardless of order value.

  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only; expedited or express shipping options require additional fees.

Optional Paid Upgrades:

  • Express shipping via UPS / DHL / FedEx is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Packaging

We treat collectibles and designer toys with collector-grade packaging:

  • Bubble wrap and protective inserts for every item

  • Double-box shipping for fragile or high-value items

  • Packaging is designed to prevent damage during transit

  • Tracking number provided for every order

Note: Minor box dents or slight imperfections may occur during transit. This is normal for collectibles and does not qualify for a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via email

  • Link to the courier’s tracking page

  • Real-time shipping updates (as available by local postal partner)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of collectibles and blind box items:

Accepted Returns:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Damaged during transit

  • Authenticity issue

Not Accepted:

  • Opened blind boxes

  • Changed mind / personal preference

  • Minor packaging imperfections

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging

  3. Our support team will provide return instructions and authorize the refund or replacement

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We provide tracking for all shipments.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact support within 30 days.

  • Damaged items due to shipping will be replaced or refunded after verification.

Special Notes for Collectibles

  • All items are shipped in collector-safe packaging.

  • Blind box, limited edition, and rare Labubu items are handled with extra care.

  • Minor wear on boxes during shipping is normal and does not constitute a defect.
